Why Bother?

I’ve been really into cooking and baking new recipes via blogs and sites online, but for some reason I always tweak the recipe either because I don’t have ingredients or want to add something or by cutting down the recipe in half. So this is way for me to keep track off all the recipes I make and to share with others. (I wish I had started this when I made those vegan carrot cup cakes complete with vegan frosting!) And yes I bake vegan. Sometimes recipes work out like those carrots cup cakes and sometimes they don’t like the time I made vegan sugar cookies… they ended up tasting like apple poptarts! But nothing like a sugar cookie.

I also really like taking photos. So you’ll see some photos of food and some other random things that I thought were cool. Enjoy!
